Yes. The minimum order quantity is 10 units per style/ product code.
Due to our experience the production time of your order can vary. It depends on the size of your desired sculptures and also on the quantities.
In general you can estimate a production time of about 6-8 weeks – with an order volume of about 30cbm (which equals a 20” feet container)
There are many different ways to transport your goods from A to B. We can of course deliver your order to any desired address.
The most common way is a 20” Container via sea. If you are not capable to order a whole 20” Container there is always the option to share a container with others (LCL-Load).
Furthermore we can also deliver your goods via Air freight or simply in commercial parcels.

Yes, within the following parameters: We offer a total replacement guarantee on all our products should they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition. Any warranty claims should be filed within 7 days of receiving your consignment and accompanied by photographs or other evidence of the problem incurred. We strive to provide the highest quality products and guarantee these items will reach you in good condition. We are sure you will treat the goods with due respect until your customers take possession of them. At the time the goods pass to a third party we can no longer be responsible. However should there be any complaint we will endeavor to resolve the matter in a fair and just manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
